DESIGN INFORMATION

INFORMATION NEEDED FOR ESTIMATE:

-I need to know if the system is being installed by a contractor or owner/builder.

-Complete project address

-One of the following submittal requirements. You will need to ask this question wherever you will be submitting your plans. I cannot provide an estimate without this information. 

   --No license or stamp required.

   --Stamped by a state-licensed, fire protection engineer (FPE).

   --Designed and stamped by a state-licensed (C-16) fire protection contractor.

-A floor plan or a reflected ceiling plan in CAD (dwg) or PDF format. If you send a PDF, it MUST have the square footage listed for livable, garage, mechanical, storage, etc.

FILES REQUIRED FOR DESIGN:

-A floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, AND electrical plan in CAD (dwg) or PDF format. If you are sending PDFs only, they must contain dimensions. Please note: dwg files save time.

-If there are sloped/vaulted ceilings, I will need to know if any of their pitches exceed 8/12. 

-I will need to know the location and sizes of any exposed and/or structural beams. (Interior cross sections may be required for some projects.) 

Once I have received the necessary files and information, I will send an estimate via email. Once the estimate is accepted, I will send a project information sheet and any further instructions via email. A completed project information sheet is required in order to complete your project.
